Senior Fullstack Developer

With Widgetbook we develop the collaboration platform for frontend developers. We bring designers, developers and product owners on one platform and optimize collaboration as review processes. We are seeking a Software Developer, who has a deep understanding of software development with Flutter. You will be responsible for architecting and building Widgetbook in close cooperation with the CTO. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Dart code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• 4+ years of experience building software.
• 2+ years experience with using Flutter and Dart.
• Profound knowledge in testing software applications with unit, integration and widget tests as well as using state management solutions like provider or bloc.
• Write multi-threaded, asynchronous code.
• Familiar with clean architecture.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Knowledge of the open-source Flutter ecosystem and commonly used flutter packages like freezed.
• You're fluent in English (add-on: German)
